- Local Data: All property, tenant, and financial data is stored locally on your device
- Google Drive Integration: When you enable Google Drive backup, data is stored in your Google Drive account
- No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to our servers
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you enter in RentManager is used solely for:
- Managing your property portfolio
- Tracking tenant information and rent payments
- Generating financial reports
- Organizing documents and maintenance records
- Providing cloud backup through Google Drive (optional)
3. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device using Core Data, ensuring your information never leaves your control unless you explicitly choose to back it up.
Google Drive Backup: If you enable Google Drive backup, your data is encrypted and stored in your personal Google Drive account, subject to Google's privacy policies.
4. Third-Party Services
RentManager integrates with Google Drive for optional cloud backup. This integration is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. Your data remains under your complete control.

You have complete control over your data:
- Access all your data stored in the app
- Export your data at any time
- Delete your data completely
- Control Google Drive backup settings
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as you use the app. When you delete the app, all local data is removed. Google Drive backups remain until you delete them from your Google Drive account.
8. Children's Privacy
RentManager is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
